Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland and Heart. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 30+35 kDa bands observed in Human Colon lysates (calculated MW of 35.1 kDa according to NP_000117.1 and of 30.0 kDa according to NP_001121188.1. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
