Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Heart. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 100 kDa band observed in Human Skeletal Muscle lysates (calculated MW of 97.4 kDa according to Human NP_004384.4 ). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
