Western Blot: Approx 40 kDa band observed in Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 37.8 kDa according to Mouse NP_001020552.1 ). Recommended concentration: 2-3 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.
