DS WB Results: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 37 kDa band in Human Pancreas lysates after 2 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 53.2 kDa according to NP_000155.1. The 37 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
