This Beta-Phosphoglucomutase antibody is conjugated to Biotin
Application
Western Blotting (WB), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA)
Specificity
This antibody detects Beta-phosphoglucomutase from Lactococcus lacti. Cross reactivity against Beta-phosphoglucomutase from other sources is unknown. Immunoelectrophoresis give a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-goat serum as well as purified and partially purified beta-phosphoglucomutase [ Lactococcus lacti ].
Purification
Delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer
Immunogen
Beta-phosphoglucomutase (PGMB) from Lactococcus lacti
Reactivity: Lactococcus lacti
WB, EIA, IP
Host: Goat
Polyclonal
unconjugated
Application Notes
Western blot : 1/500-1/3000. ELISA : 1/5,000-1/25,000 dilution suggested to begin optimization. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Beta-phosphoglucomutase [ Lactococcus lacti ] in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/10,000 to 1/50,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested.
