    Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Spleen. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.

    Western Blot: Approx 100 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 90.6 kDa according to NP_003143.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature

    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
