CRISP2
Reactivity: Human
WB, ELISA, IHC (p), IF
Host: Rabbit
Polyclonal
unconjugated
Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit: 1/8000. Western blot: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing Human CRISP2(MYC and DYKDDDDK tagged), a band of approx. 35 kDa was observed. No bands were observed inmock-transfected HEK293 and the same band was observed using anti-myc tag antibody. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

(Cysteine-Rich Secretory Protein 2 (CRISP2))
Cysteine-rich secretory protein 2 (CRISP2) may regulate some ion channels' activity and therebye regulate calcium fluxes during sperm capacitation. CRISP2 is specific to testis and epididymis.Synonyms: CRISP-2, CT36, Cancer/testis antigen 36, Cysteine-rich secretory protein 2, GAPDL5, TPX1, Testis-specific protein TPX-1
