AbBy Fluor® 750
Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: 1/16000. Western blot: Approx 120 kDa band observed in Mouse and Rat Skeletal Muscle lysates(calculated MW of 130 kDa according to Mouse NP_080477.1 and Rat NP_001102005.1). Recommended concentration: 1 - 3 μg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 30 kDa. Thisband was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

CCAR1
(Cell Division Cycle and Apoptosis Regulator 1 (CCAR1))
DIS is thought to be involved in apoptosis signaling in the presence of the reinoid CD437. Apoptosis induction involves sequestration of 14-3-3 protein(s) and mediated altered expression of multiple cell cycle regulatory genes including MYC, CCNB1 and CDKN1A. Therefore DIS would have a role in cell cycle progression and/or cell proliferation.Synonyms: CARP1, Cell cycle and apoptosis regulatory protein 1, Cell division cycle and apoptosis regulator protein 1, DIS, Death inducer with SAP domain
