ELISA: 2.5 μg/mL, 10 ng/mL desipramine produces 20 % inhibition in a competitive ELISA,employing desipramine polyclonal antibody. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Desipramine is a drug belonging to the tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) class, whose action is to inhibit the reuptake of norepinephrine.
