Application Notes: Approved: ELISA, IHC, IHC-P (1:1600), WB (1:1000)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:1000, incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5 % BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1 % Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:1600. Antigen retrieval by heating in citric acid buffer is recommended.
