Does not cross-react with E. coli K12, Salmonella typhimurium, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus Group B, Candida albicans and Neisseria meningitidis.

Immunogen: Purified PPD. PPD is generated by boiling a culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, specifically Old Tuberculin (OT).
