    Recognizes Adenovirus. Does not cross-react with Para 1-3, Infl. A alpha B, hMPV or Rhinovirus (type 16). Uninfected Cell Reactivity: Negative vs. HE-p2, LLCMK2 and Vero cells by indirect immunofluorescence. Reactive with types 2, 3, 4, 5 alpha 6. Broad reactivity with most/all Adeno types expected.

    Approved: ELISA (1:2500), IF (1:5 - 1:25)

    Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and ELISA. Immunofluorescence: 1:5-1:25. Direct FA staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. ELISA: 1:2500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
