- Background
- Anti-Biotin can be used for indirect immuno-staining when working with a biotinylated primary antibody. It can be used for simultaneous staining of several biotinylated antibodies as one of the parameters in certain assay platforms (such as Luminex). It is an alternative technology to magnify the signal and to reduce background caused by avidin or its derivatives.
