Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 1 μg/mL. Approx 55-60 kDa band observed in HepG2 whole cell lysate(predicted MW of 50 kDa and 50 kDa according to NP_148977 and NP_149082).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
