Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 0.2-0.5 μg/mL. Approx 30-35 kDa band seen in Human Liver and Kidneylysates [Calculated MW of 30.5 kDa according to NP_001748.1]. Immunohistochemistry: 1-2 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Kidney showscytoplasmic staining of epithelial cells of renal tubules.
Other applications not tested.

- Carbonyl reductase is one of several monomeric, NADPH dependent oxidoreductases having wide specificity for carbonyl compounds. This enzyme is widely distributed in human tissues.
