Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Immunohistochemistry: 2-4 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Placenta showsindividual cells in branch villi very close to the surrounding lacuna. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
