PRAM1
Reactivity: Human
IF (p), IF (cc)
Host: Rabbit
Polyclonal
AbBy Fluor® 750
Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 8000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL (overnight incubation). Approx 90-100 kDa band seen in Jurkat celllysates. Please note that although the predicted MW of PRAM-1 is 70 kDa, Moog-Lutz et al. ,(J. Biol. Chem, Jun 2001, 276: 22375 - 22381) detected aPRAM-1 migrating with an apparentmolecular mass of 97 kDa and this is what we observed as well. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
