A synthetic peptide from the c-terminal region of human SORCS3 conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen. The antigen shares 95% identity with mouse sequence.

AbBy Fluor® 750
Application Notes
IHC, WB. A concentration of 10-50 μg,ml is recommended. The optimal concentration should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Restrictions
For Research Use only
Format
Lyophilized
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 500 μL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
Handling Advice
Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Storage
4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
This gene encodes one family member of vacuolar protein sorting 10 (VPS10) domain-containing receptor proteins. The VPS10 domain name comes from the yeast carboxypeptidase Y sorting receptor Vps10 protein. These genes are strongly expressed in the central nervous system. Two of the five family members (sortilin and sortilin-related receptor) are synthesized as preproproteins. Subcellular location: Membrane, Single-pass type I membrane protein. Tissue specificity: Highly expressed in brain.,Neurogenesis,SORCS 3, SORCS, Sortilin related VPS10 domain containing receptor 3, VPS10 domain containing receptor SorCS3, VPS10 domain receptor protein SORCS 3
