A synthetic peptide from Bungarus fasciatus Cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide (CAP-18, hCAP-18, antibacterial protein LL-37, CAMP, CRAMP) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein has been used as the immunogen.
IHC, WB. A concentration of 10-50 μg,ml is recommended. The optimal concentration should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
