Biotin
Application Notes
Tested in vitro, this antibody abolishes the neuronal survival and the outgrowth actions of murine NGF in chicken DRG. Use at a concentration of 1-5 µg/ml. The optimal working concentration should be determined by the end user.
Restrictions
For Research Use only
Format
Lyophilized
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
Handling Advice
Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Storage
