  • Application Notes
    Approved: WB (0.1 - 1 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.1-1 μg/mL detects Myc-tagged recombinant protein. COS transfected cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-myc tag, biotin conjugate (1 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a streptavidin-HRP conjugate and a chemiluminescence detection system. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
