    Western Blot: Approx. 60-65 kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines Jurkat and HeLa (calculated MW of 62.8 kDa according to NP_115785.1). Recommended concentration: 1-2 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
