Western Blot: Approx 90 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Frontal Cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 86.4 kDa according to NP_001244067.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.

Comment:

Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei of A431 and U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.
