Western Blot: Approx 65-70 kDa band observed in Human Cerebral Cortex lysates (calculated MW of 66.9 kDa according to NP_000808.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
