- Application Notes
-
Variations in protocols, secondaries and substrates may require the CD45RB antibody to be titered up or down for optimal performance.
1. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
2. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.\. Western Blot: 0.5-1 μg/mL, FACS: 0.5-1 μg/million cells,IF: 0.5-1 μg/mL,IHC (FFPE): 0.5-1.0 μg/mL for 30 minutes at RT (1),Prediluted format : incubate for 30 min at RT (2) - Restrictions

- Background
- CD45RB is one of the four major isoforms of CD45. The variation in these isoforms is localized to the extracellular domain of CD45R, while the intracellular domain is conserved. Clone PD7/26 antibody is specific to CD45RB, and stains most leukemias and lymphomas. This CD45RB antibody is often used in a cocktail with clone 2B11, which will bind to all CD45 isoforms (< a href=../cd45-antibody-cocktail-2b11-pd726-v2243>Cat No V2243).
