Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with a detection limit of ~2 ng/lane and 0.5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15 μg/mL, antigen retrieval is recommended. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL, detection limit is ~3 ng/well.
