- Application Notes
-
Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:4000), WB (1 - 3 μg/mL)
Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000. Western blot: Approx 75 kDa band observed in Human Testes lysates (calculated MW of 66.5 kDa according to NP_004815.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Lahn et al , Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2002 Jun 25,99(13):8707-12, PMID: 12072557). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. - Comment
