    Background
CD70 Molecule,CD70, also known as TNFSF7 or CD27L, is a 50 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein of the TNF superfamily. It is expressed mainly on activated lymphocytes, including NK cells, and forms trimeric structure. CD70 plays a role in T-cell activation, proliferation and differentiation, in enhancing the generation of cytolytic T cells, and in long-term maintenance of T cell memory. It is also involved in B cell differentiation induced by activated plasmacytoid dendritic cells, which also express CD70.,CD27L, TNFSF7, CD27 ligand, TNLG8A
