  • Format
    Lyophilized
    Reconstitution
For reconstitution add 200 µL of sterile water.
    Handling Advice
Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
Once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repreated freeze-thaw cycles.
    Storage
    -20 °C

    ARF1 (ADP-Ribosylation Factor 1 (ARF1))
    Alternative Name
    Arf1 (ARF1 Products)
    Background
The ARF1 protein is localized to the Golgi apparatus and has a central role in intra-Golgi transport. It is a small GTPase that undergoes a GDP/GTP nucleotide exchange cycle and it is an important regulator of cellular trafficking.
    Molecular Weight
    21 kDa (Arabidopsis thaliana)
    Pathways
Transition Metal Ion Homeostasis, Inositol Metabolic Process
