Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Kidney. Recommended concentration: 5-7 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 70 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 66.9 kDa according to NP_004199.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
