This LIM Domain Binding 3 Protein antibody is un-conjugated
Application
Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Purification
ZASP antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
ZASP antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of ZASP.
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:2,000. Western Blot: Experiments gave bands at approximately 80-90 kDa and 30-35 kDa in human muscle lysates after 0.01 μg/mL antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Huang et al J Biol Chem. 2003 Feb 28,278 (9) :7360-5, PMID: 12499364). This protein has a calculated MW of 77.1 kDa according to NP_009009.1. Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human skeletal muscle shows staining of the Z lines in the fibres. Recommended concentration, 3-6 μg/mL.
