Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Purification
DAZL antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
DAZL antibody was raised against an 11 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of DAZL.

Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approximately 35 kDa band observed in human ovary and human testes lysates (calculated MW of 33.2 kDa according to NP_001342.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded mouse testis shows cytoplasm staining of spermatogonia. Additional staining is observed in the cytoplasm of elongatng spermatids but this additional staining is not in agreement with results obtained by another antibody. Recommended concentration, 1-3 μg/mL.
