Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 85 kDa band in mouse fetal brain lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining.9 kDa according to NP_775567.2. The 85 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
