Approved: ICC (1:200 - 1:1000), IF, IHC, IHC-P (1:2500 - 1:10000), IP, WB (1:2500 - 1:10000)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Immunogold Electron Microscopy. Western Blot: 1:2500-1:10000 in 1X BLOTTO or 3 % BSA in PBS. Detects the GFP fraction from cell extracts expressing recombinant GFP fusion proteins. Immunocytochemistry: 1:200-1:1000 in 4 % normal serum. Very good signal on recombinant YES-GFP chimeras expressed in COS cells. Immunohistochemistry: 1:200 with HRP detection systems. Has been shown to be useful on mouse sections fixed with formalin. Immunohistochemistry: 1:200 for paraffin sections. Requires heat mediated antigen retrieval via the microwave method before IHC staining (13 min in 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6 followed by rapid cooling on ice). Immunoprecipitation: 1 μL per 10cm tissue culture dish of transfected cells. Use 10 μL protein A agarose CL4B to precipitate immune complex. Immunogold Electron Microscopy: 1:100. - Comment
