- Application Notes
- Suitable for use in IFA and IHC. A starting range of 1:5-1:20 is recommended. Direct FA staining of target antigen in a permissive tissue culture system. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
