- This p53 antibody is un-conjugated
-
Application
- Western Blotting (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF)
- Specificity
- This antibody detects endogenous levels of p53 only when phosphorylated at Serine 46.
- Purification
- Affinity Chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
- Immunogen
- The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human p53 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 46 (M-L-SP-P-D).
