- Rabies virus MAbs react with glycoprotein of rabies virus. More than 20 different strains from 4 serogroups, including CVS, Lagosbat, Mokola, Duwenhage were positive in neutralisation reaction with MAb 1C5. Specific antibody titer for MAb 1C5 in indirect ELISA is 1.5 x 106. Specific IF titre for MAb 1C5 (native BHK) is > 1 x 103. IgG2a for MAbs 1C5, 4G4 and 5B12
