Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Thymus shows nuclear staining in select thymocytes. This antibody has been successfully used in IHC on Human: Ströbel P et al. (2014) PMID: 24236644. This antibody has been successfully used in IHC on Pig:
Western Blot: Appr. 60 kDa in transfected HEK293 lysates (calculated MW of 57.7 kDa according to NP_000374.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
