    Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Thymus and Tonsil. Recommended concentration: 3.75 μg/mL.

    Western Blot: Approx 17 kDa band observed in Human Testis and Mouse Brain lysates (calculated MW of 17.3 kDa according to NP_005554.1, NP_981944.1 and NP_981946.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.

    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.
