Application Notes:

Western Blot: Approx 50 kDa band observed in Human Tonsil lysates (calculated MW of 46.9 kDa according to Human NP_001354640.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.

Comment:

Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.
