Western Blot: Approx 28 kDa band observed in Human Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 28.3 kDa according to NP_001166039.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-0.5 μg/mL. Primary incubation1 hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
