Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Skeletal Muscle shows spotty staining of striated fibres in longitudinal section. Recommended concentration: 2-3 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx. 38 kDa band observed in Human Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 35.2 kDa according to NP_036372.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
