Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cortex). Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 70-75 kDa band observed in Human Cerebellum lysates (calculated MW of 68.7 kDa according to Human NP_003156.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
