    Cross-Reactivity (Details)
Cross reactivity with Abeta from other sources has not been determined.
    Purity
Anti-Beta Amyloid 40 was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. This antibody is specific to Beta Amyloid 40 (Abeta 40) and will not react with the ABeta 42 form. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Human, Primate, Rat, and Mouse based on 100 % sequence homology.
    Endotoxin Level
    Low Endotoxin : No
    Immunogen
Beta Amyloid 40 affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of human Abeta.
    Immunogen Type: Peptide
