Application
- Flow Cytometry (FACS), Western Blotting (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
- Specificity
- This antibody recognises the homologue of human CD47, which has been identified as the ligand for the signal regulatory protein (SIRP). Clone OX-101 has been reported to block the interaction of CD47 and SIRP. We recommend the use of SM2002A for this purpose.
