This antibody recognizes the CD154 cell surface antigen. Clone MK13A4 has been reported to block binding of CD40 ligand to its receptor CD40. SM1555A is recommended for function studies.

Application Notes
Flow Cytometry: neat - 1:20, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
