    Purification
    Immunoaffinity Chromatography using a Cyanine BSA conjugate coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
    Immunogen
    A mixture of Cy3 and Cy5 conjugated KLH.
  • Application Notes
    Suitable for Immunoprecipitation, Immunodiffusion, conjugation and most immunologicalmethods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/10,000-1/50,000. Western blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000.
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
