This Beta-Phosphoglucomutase antibody is un-conjugated
Application
Western Blotting (WB), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
Specificity
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by a delipidation and defibrination. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified beta-Phosphoglucomutase [Lactococcus lacti]. Cross reactivity against beta-Phosphoglucomutase from other sources is unknown.
Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and mostimmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 mg ofbeta-Phosphoglucomutase [Lactococcus lacti] in a standard sandwich ELISA usingPeroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) and (ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1: 3,000 to 1: 15,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggestedfor this product. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
