Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Embedded Sections: use a dilution of 1/20-1/40 withPolymer Detection systems such as our UnoVue or PolyVue systems. Incubation Time: 30 minutes at RT. High temperature treatment of formalin-fixed tissue sections using 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0 mustbe performed prior to the immunostaining. Recommended Positive Control: Astrocytoma Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
