Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Strong reaction at 1/20 dilution, No antigenpreservation required, 35 minutes recommended incubation time. ELISA. Western Blot: In blots, a major band is obtained at 50 kD with minor bands at 35 kD, 40 kdand 67 kD, This reflects bands found in DTT reduced Blots of the immunising antigen andin immunoblots using a known antibody positive serum.
Other applications not tested.
